
A ridiculously thorough flocculator thought to be from a highly regarded English ESB, British Ale VIII has unique fruitiness and noticeable finishing sweetness. It drops out quickly and completely. It is easy to crop, but needs a diacetyl rest. To enhance the fruit, ferment at the recommended temperature ceiling.
