Crisp Puffed Vetemalt, whole/crushed
Puffed wheat. Omältat of the wheat that has been heat-treated in order to gelatinisera the starch and making it possible for the enzymes in the malt to break down. It can, therefore, be added directly to the mash, and don't need to förkokas. Rolled into flakes, and does not need to be crushed prior to use.
