Calypso is a Yakima Valley-bred hops with dual purposes with hopsteiner-lineage on both sides. Despite its aroma-focused origin, it has a high alpha acid percentage. In addition, Calypso has crispy, fruity aromas and flavors having elements of apple, pears and stone fruit which are brighter with elements of limecitrus. It is amazing complex with an almost discreet earthy, telike tone.
